We spent some time in The Netherlands on both ends of the trip to visit family and friends. After playing tourist in Amsterdam and The Hague, we moved on to Germany, where we stayed at a castle on the Rhein river. Then we went through Luxemburg to Paris, France, where we experienced the culture and traffic. On the way back, we stopped in Brussels, Belgium.
